What is copyediting?
Copyediting involves the basic correction of spelling, punctuation, and grammar. It also includes more structural editing, such as eliminating wordiness. Our editors use the track changes feature in Microsoft Word to show you what has been edited in your document and make suggestions for improvement. Once you have reviewed the highlighted changes/corrections, you may choose to accept or reject those changes. A Microsoft Word document with all incorporated changes will also be included for your convenience.
Please use the word count feature in Microsoft Word. The word count is based on the number of words in the document that you send to us, not the number of words you would like the document to be. If you are submitting an essay for editing, please be aware that we count the references and bibliography to ensure that all entries are consistent. If you would like to exclude references and bibliography, please ensure you only count the main body of the text.
Your privacy is very important to us. Our writers and editors will not share information about you or your document with any other party. All the information you provide to us is kept strictly confidential, with all documents deleted within 30 days. We do not give or sell your contact information. It is important for students to note that we do not offer an assignment writing service. The research and content is always the responsibility of the student and we will never provide you with new content. You must complete the work yourself first, before submitting it for editing. Plagiarism is a serious breach of academic conduct. If you get someone else to write your assignment and you hand it in as your own work, you must be aware that you run the risk being kicked out of your university, college or school. If you are an international student, you also risk losing your visa. Having someone else write your assignment constitutes cheating. Everything Editorial can help you to maintain a pass or get a great grade, but you need to write the content yourself first. If you are concerned about plagiarism check with your university or college.

In most cases, clients are pleased with our work the first time. We are always happy to revise or clarify our work and we provide revisions at no extra charge, as long as there is no new content added to the original document.
Professional business writing and editing services are payable on receipt of invoice. However, domain name and website hosting charges are payable in advance. Website design services require 50% of the fee in advance, with the balance payable on completion.
